ALL PRODUCTS AT WAYOYO.ORG, ARE INSURED TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN 60 DAYS (90 DAYS FOR DELIVERIES IN RUSSIA, 120 DAYS FOR DELIVERIES IN BRAZIL).
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order was not delivered due to a factor under your control and responsibility, for example: the misea delivery address.
2. Your order was not delivered due to exceptional circumstances beyond Wayoyo’s control. Org, for example: unauthorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, others.

To make a return you must follow the procedure detailed below:
1.- Access the customer account and complete the Return Request form. Fill in the information you request. If you wish, request the reasons for the return, to improve our service (optional).
2.- After making the request, we will send you a label to speed up the shipping process, with our postal information. You will have to choose the transport method that best suits your needs.
The product is ready for its original package and both are in perfect condition. The product cannot have been used beyond a mere verification of correct operation.
For the return to be accepted, it is essential:
- That the piece is in perfect state of commercialization, that it has not been used and that there have been no remains of possible assembly.
- That the piece is returned with its original packaging, intact, without marks, stickers, others.
- That the set is placed in a cardboard box for its return (make sure that the packaging of the pieces is tight for shipping)
Before making the debt repayment we will analyze the conditions of the product as a whole. If we find that the product has not been returned in the proper conditions for resale, we reserve the right to return the product and therefore refund the amount.
In the event that a product comes with a manufacturing defect, GlassBijoux assumes the full cost of the return.
It is recommended to keep the supplier of the transport company with the same return guarantee, since Wayoyo is not responsible for the change of box during the return transport of the package. In case of requesting a debt claim during the transport of a returned merchandise, this must be made to the corresponding logistics company.
In any case, the conversion rate is below 1% of our orders, this means that there is no problem with the resolution of these details, so you can be completely sure of receiving the total satisfaction of our team.
